The prices are great. They communicate well and do an excellent job on carpet cleaning and stain removal. It restores my faith in having carpet in these rentals that I manage. It's not so bad when you have an exceptional carpet cleaner. If I can upload pics, I will. Thank you!

I used Chem-Dry to provide the gift of clean carpets for a birthday present from outside the area and they were very accommodating from arrangements to payment and follow-up. The process was explained well and options provided were clear. Appointment was met very timely and completed within the expectations given, always nice to have your time valued. The end result was Chem-Dry successfully breathing new life into the 40yr carpets! I am so pleased with my carpets after Clearwater Chem Dry finished cleaning them. It had been a very long time since they had been cleaned, and they look amazing! The technician called and asked if he could come before his scheduled time, because he was ahead of schedule, so that was great as well. I absolutely recommend this company!!

Had the full service hot water extraction cleaning. We went from "we need to replace our carpet" to "this carpet still looks pretty good"! Kim did a great job and cleaned the areas requested. Very reasonable cost. Would definitely use again.

I called Chem-Dry on short notice to clean the carpet in our church. Not only did they do it immediately, but they showed up on time! The crew did an awesome job.
